You cannot update this online version of the Shiva software.

To update your Shiva software, you go to this page in the actual software, and click to go to an online page where you read about the update, and then click to obtain it.  You will be asked to provide the name you used when you ordered your Shiva System.  That name is your registration code.  If you ordered your Shiva system under another name or you obtained it from a 3rd party, you will need to provide that name.
