The password to unlock it will be on the CD sleeve it came in. If you have lost the CD sleeve, contact the vendor. To unlock your copy of the Shiva Software, you click a yellow key icon (located at the top of the software) and then enter your password as it appears on the CD sleeve.
We can give you a new password if you lose yours, but you’ll need to provide the name you used when you ordered your Shiva System. The same also applies to receiving newer versions of the software. The name you use when you order your Shiva System is your registration code.
