THERE ARE THREE SESSION LENGTHS – 20, 30, and 60 minutes.

20 or 30 minute sessions can be done every week. These are not likely to elicit effects during sessions. These shorter sessions are better suited to after-effects than effects during the session.

The “Persinger Session” and the Session used in Published experiments are 40 to 45 minutes long, and have several phases.  These are done once a week.

60 minute sessions are much more likely to create effects during sessions, though your choice of signals, and your individual neural history and ‘profile’ affect the outcome. Each brain is unique, and a signal that doesn’t do much for someone else may be quite powerful for you.

Interesting effects that happen during sessions are more likely with 60 minute sessions, and can require sensory deprivation. This means darkness and silence, not just quiet.

60 minute sessions should not be done as often. These should be followed by a 21-day break to allow all effects to taper off. No sessions should be done during this period.

You can do shorter sessions (20 or 30 minutes) once a week for up to six sessions. After that, the same 21-day break should be observed.

Do not do sessions more often than is suggested here, or for longer than 60 minutes.
