Before you use this signal, read about the amygdala and the hippocampus, which are discussed on other pages.
Using them together should elicit a greater limbic activation than either of them alone would. When beginning to use any signal, it’s a good idea to begin with shorter sessions.
There are two ‘speeds’ for these signals; Normal and Fast. Normal refers to the speed at which it was found to be most effective in earlier lab studies, fast speeds the signal up by three times, a configuration that elicited fewer phenomenal effects, but was effective in enhancing some amygdala and hippocampus functions.
