Using Shakti Over Both Frontal Lobes

Shakti can be applied over both frontal lobes, following laboratory experiments. The effects vary, depending on which signal is used. In general (for most people), frontal lobe activation feels forward-looking, upbeat, and a bit energetic. If you're using Shakti for spiritual or altered-state reasons, you should know that the effects of this presentation run in the opposite direction. On the other hand, it can often un-do the effects of temporal lobe sessions, which are intended to facilitate altered states.

The amygdaloid and hippocampal signals in sequence offers some of the most pleasant after-effects when applied over both frontal lobes.

The amygdaloid signal has also been found to have pleasant effects over both frontal lobes.
An alternative signal for application over the frontal lobes is the hippocampal signal. Interestingly, the hippocampus is more extensively connected to the frontal lobes than any other part of the brain's surface. The frontal lobes are specialized for anticipation, planning, expectation, and other ways of imagining the future.

The phenomenon of precognition and the functions of the frontal lobes have some overlap, so there is probably some frontal lobe contribution to the experience. However, research to date demonstrates that the experience is sensitively dependent on geomagnetic factors. Further, as with any altered state experience, not everyone is equally prone.

It's important not to do too many sessions over the frontal lobes without alternating with the temporal lobes. A good balance between frontal and temporal lobe activation is essential for maintaining a healthy emotional state. If you find that you begin sessions over both frontal lobes well, but that later you are feeling a bit down, you should switch to a temporal lobe presentation.

Sessions done over both frontal lobes can undo the effects of sessions done over both temporal lobes, and vice versa.
